My first sign of age

Usually this would really disturb a woman, but I'm a little proud that I've earned my first gray hair. It appeared right before a job interview several days ago while i was checking my makeup in the mirror (no i wasn't driving and checking my makeup!) My first reaction was alarming, I pulled it out. I've always told my clients not to pull out their gray hairs because they'll end up pulling out all their hair eventually, and here I am doing it. What made it in people's minds a natural reaction to pull out gray hair? If my hair goes fully gray someday I'm not going to dye it. I like the look of a sophisticated gray haired woman with a stylish hair cut.

discover the wild world of : ravers

Here we see sneakers grazing and socializing, but we better keep our distance, people have been known to get stomped

Ah the mighty Camelbak, it flaunts it's colors this time of year to attract females for mating

This young raver is bearing the markings of one that is too young to mate this season.

First Attempt at Video Editing

Not too shabby! I had a really simple idea in my head and executed it while learning how to re-format messed up files. I wanted to work with the cool background noise, I like some of the talking and the noise of the fire and chains. There was some dumb smart ass comments in the middle that needed to be cut, but I also wanted to add more depth to the music. I heard this song (Blackbird by Nina Simone on KCRW) on my way home from practice. I guess something just clicked and the two songs work well together. Lots of depth in noise here.

A shift

This clip narrated by Alan Watts probably changed my life several weeks ago. Me, being a race horse, always "getting my shit together," has found a new way to live life. I think I've found what it means to be happy. For some reason this concept has been lost on me until seeing this.

My dad gave me this Doll from Japan for Christmas as a return gift from when i gave him a Shinto luck charm for his work.
About the doll: fill in one eye for your goal then when it's achieved fill in the other and burn it in a temple by the end of the year.

My first amazing valentines day

As most of you know my Valentines day was awesome! I enjoyed the simple pleasures of getting naked with Mr. AV and having my back walked on by small Asian women at Pho Siam. I really need to go back..

The Best Ever!

No need to be emo this Valentines Day. I spent mine with my sexy Andrew at Pho Siam Spa! Wow, who would have known having a small asian woman walk on you for an hour would be so good. Thanks A

Is North Just Better?

Why is it that the standard of living is better the farther you go north? People from Guatemala are migrating into Mexico, Mexicans are migrating into the US, and Americans are migrating to Canada. We should all just move to the North Pole, live on a block of ice, and have it over with!

My Insperation

I'm not much for reading other people's blogs. For the most part, I really don't care about what kind of cereal you ate this morning or what Jacky said about your tiny penis, and I REALLY don't care about how people want to portray themselves online. (Funny that I keep a blog then huh?) So how did I end up reading this blog that very likely changed my life?

The whole mess started when I was talking to my client about gout and gave him some advice on how to cure it through alternative medicine (chelation therapy.) My curiosity got the best of me and I typed in "gout" on google image search. On the first page one picture caught my eye, it was a picture of young looking feet and underneath it said "too young to have gout." I was really curious what that was about, so i clicked, and BAM there he was!

The dirty bike hippie that I now see as my inspiration for working hard to get fit enough to do the kind of exploring that he's done on his bicycle. This summer i'm planning to do go on at least one long bike tour. Maybe to Wrights Beach up north?

Something cool

I met a guy at burning man that sung about having a starfish heart. It was a cool song, wish I could remember it. He claimed that he sung and talked in a southern accent sometimes so people could relate to him better or think he's more down to earth than he is. Pretty pretentious but sadly it works. Does a starfish heart mean that your polly? haha
